About Our Pastor
Pastor T.W. Hicks is a husband, father of five children, and grandfather to 7 beautiful grandchildren. Our anointed and appointed man of God is equipped with a fresh word on the cutting edge of worship today. He is a sought after speaker for conferences and revivals. Pastor Hicks also functions as a President/Coordinator of the Pastors and Ministers Conference for the Body of Christian Believers Convention under the leadership of Bishop C. E. Richardson, Sr.
Born in East Bernard, TX and raised in Houston, Texas to Rev. Wardell and Glady Hicks, our pastor accepted Jesus Christ at an early age. In 1988, Pastor T. W. Hicks received his license to the ministry at Overcoming Faith Ministries under the leadership of the Late Apostle F. L. Daniels. Ten years later, he was ordained as a minister Providence Missionary Baptist Church in Angleton, TX, under the leadership of his father, emeritus Pastor W. D. Hicks.
In 2004, Reverend Hicks became the Co-pastor with his father at Providence Missionary Baptist Church. The next year, he began an outreach ministry in Angleton, TX at the West Port Apartment Complex. Through this ministry, many people were delivered through miraculous healings and added to the body of Christ. As the Lord allowed, Reverend Timothy W. Hicks became Pastor Timothy W. Hicks in 2006.
Pastor Hicks believes the truth of God's Word. God has opened doors and created opportunities for Reverend T.W. Hicks to share the gospel with people across the nation.
